Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website leadscorpion.club and the data services provided by Leads Scorpion ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Leads Scorpion is a custom list-building service. For each order we compile business-to-business contact and company data to your specification and deliver it to you as a one-time file (CSV). We are a service provider, not a database vendor: each delivery is produced for you, on demand, from publicly available and licensed sources.

2. Orders, pricing and payment

• Prices are stated per 1,000 records (or per matched/found record where indicated) and confirmed before your order runs.
• Products marked "matched only" bill exclusively for records where the requested data point was found.
• Minimum order values apply per product as listed on the site.
• Payment is due at order confirmation, processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

3. Delivery

Stated turnaround times are targets, not guarantees; large or complex orders may take longer and we will tell you if so. Deliveries are made by download link and/or email. You are responsible for storing your files — we do not guarantee indefinite re-delivery.

4. Acceptable use

• The data is provided for business-to-business marketing, sales and research purposes only.
• You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that govern your outreach — including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, CASL, TCPA and do-not-call rules in your jurisdiction and your recipients' jurisdictions.
• You may not use the data for consumer marketing, harassment, discrimination, or any unlawful purpose.
• You may not resell, redistribute or republish delivered files as a data product.

5. Data accuracy

B2B data decays naturally as people change jobs. We verify at delivery time as described on each product page, but we do not warrant that every record is accurate or current. Our remedies for quality issues are set out in the Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use delivered files for your internal business purposes. The Leads Scorpion name, brand and website content remain our property.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or damage arising from your use of the data in outreach campaigns.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
