Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Leads Scorpion handles personal data — both data about you as a customer, and the business contact data contained in the lists we deliver.

1. Customer data

When you order, we collect your name, work email, billing details and order specifications. We use this to fulfil orders, provide support, invoice you, and (if you opt in) send service updates. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.

2. Data in delivered lists

The lists we build contain business contact data — names, job titles, business email addresses, business phone numbers and company information — compiled from publicly available sources and licensed data providers. We process this data on the basis of legitimate interest in facilitating business-to-business commerce, and we deal exclusively in B2B (not consumer) data.

3. Your rights (including data subjects in our lists)

• Access & deletion: anyone may ask what data we hold about them and request its removal.
• Opt-out / suppression: individuals removed on request are added to a suppression list applied to all future deliveries.
• Requests: privacy@leadscorpion.club — we respond within 30 days.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use minimal analytics to understand site usage. We do not sell website visitor data.

5. Security & retention

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Customer order files are retained to support re-delivery and support requests, then deleted on a rolling basis. You may request earlier deletion of your files at any time.

6. International transfers

We serve customers worldwide; data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions with appropriate safeguards.
